1)How to customize your favorite songs

A) Send us the music files ,the staff or the Midi file is ok. 9~12 seconds music is suitable for Mini 18 note model, 12~20 seconds is for Standard 18 note, about 30 seconds is for 30 note, 50 seconds is for 50 note model.

B) We will check your music files, and will develop if it’s suited

C) We send you a new midi file after finish developing for your confirmation within a week. (We may make some changes as the characteristic of mechanism)

D) You check the new midi files, If pass, finish developing. If not, we continue to discuss and develop, and send you another new midi files again until it’s confirmed

E) For some types, we can make some hand-samples for your “Twice confirmations”

F) If all are ok finally, place order, and need to make mold for some types, than begin to produce the mass.

2) Developing cost, 300US$ ~ 990US$ according to different models and order quantity.

3) Support Smaller order.

The first order quantity for custom melody is 1000pcs per tune. No problem to offer smaller order but the cost will rise, and the repeated oder quantity can be 400pcs per tune

1)Devloping Details For 18 Note Music Box,

a) Tune Duration:  12-20s(will be 12-15s if Deluxe 18 note model )

b) Range of Sound:  About  2 octaves +3 notes, not less than 2 octaves

(Sound Frequency: 524Hz ~ 2637Hz)

c) Rang of Notes:

** This 18 note model means 18 keys(comb), every note will occupy one key

** Sound will be better if the keys are played again after 4 beats(Base on 4/4),

In other words the sound will be bad if keys are played twice in short time.)

 **Will be better if the total quantity of note is less than 70.
